Update 4/19/2026: Participant Registration has closed for the 2026 event.
If you’d like to join the waiting list, please complete the form by using the link below. Preference to waitlisted families will be given in 2027. If a space opens for the 2026 event, we will move you to confirmed status:

Important Note: Vital Flight and its volunteer pilots reserve the right to refuse to fly any passenger based upon available space, aircraft limitations, the safety of the passengers, the safety of the pilot, or the safety of the flight.  Vital Flight also reserves the right to refuse a flight due to any misrepresentation made on this registration or any other form required by Vital Flight.
